Citizens JUST started receiving their stimulus checks on April 10th and already they are being asked to give it up.
Pastor Tony Spells in Louisiana has decided to start a new challenge - #PastorSpellsStimulusChallenge. There are three rules to participating:
- April 19th, 2020 it begins
- Donate your stimulus money
- Donate it to North American Evangelist, Missionaries and Music Ministers who haven't had an offering in a month.
You may have heard of him recently. Pastor Spells blatantly defied Louisiana's ban on large gatherings and held Easter Service this past Sunday. This isn't the first time he has done this and been accused of putting his congregation at risk. As a matter of fact, he's currently facing misdemeanor charges for continuing to violate the states current guidelines.
As far as his new challenge goes, I'm all about giving back, but the money barely touched my account and other people are already planning it out FOR me? Will you be joining in on this new challenge?
