This Virginia Shop Has The Best Coffee In The State

Wednesday (September 29) is National Coffee Day and Virginia Beach residents won't have to travel far to find the best caffeine fix possible.

EatThis.com included Three Ships Coffee on its list of the best coffee shops in every state -- which was published earlier this year -- as the top option for Virginia.

The coffee shop -- which is planning to open a second location in Hilltop -- specializes in upscale drinks and housemade baked goods.

"Coffee and community are two of Three Ships Coffee's core tenets," Eat This, Not That's Mia Mercado wrote. "With influences from Scandinavian roasters and the coffee culture in the Pacific Northwest, Three Ships has drinks that'll satisfy any palate, especially that of the classic coffee lover.
