The Miami rapper has filed for bankruptcy, reporting a zero balance in his checking account.The Blast reports that Trick is more than $800,000 in debt. His assets include a Florida home worth $350,000, $15,000 in household goods, a wardrobe worth $150 and $5000 in stock options for his Trick & Rick Publishing company.
Trick says he earned $50,000 in 2019 and $75,000 in the prior year, but just $7500 in 2017. He says he earns around $10,000 a month and has monthly expenses just shy of three grand.
The nearly million dollars in debt is owed to a mortgage company, the IRS, child support, his homeowners’ association and credit card companies.
