Rick Boss’s new movie explores the possibility that ‘Pac spent six days at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas before relocating to New Mexico. The filmmaker says ‘Pac sought protection from a Navajo tribe, which was able to help shield him from the FBI. Boss says, “This is not a fiction. This is facts through certain people I know… The family is aware of the movie and they’re OK with the title, so that should tell you more or less what’s going on.”
Actor Richard Garcia, who plays Tupac in the movie, says, “He’s gone but like his mother said, he lives on through all of us…through our memories, our hearts, through our tribute.”
2Pac: The Great Escape From UMC is due out in 2021.
