Lil Durk decided to cut a Howard University homecoming performance short this past weekend.
Durk was seemingly disappointed with the crowd’s energy levels during his set. After playing a couple of songs, he told the audience, “We supposed to [do] more songs but this [stuff] sounds so bogus that I don’t even feel this, for real… but I appreciate y’all for [messing] with us, man.” After that, Durk dipped, leaving his DJ to figure out a way to try and keep the crowd entertained.
Rae Sremmurd, who also performed at the HU Yard Fest this past weekend, didn’t seem to have any issues during their set. Howard University posted a clip to social media showing a packed crowd rapping and moving along to every word of “Blasé.”
