Two North Carolina women have been arrested after smoking weed...with toddlers...on video...on social media. Honestly, WTF is wrong with people? And the worst part is one of the tiny tots just up and grabbed the blunt and started puffing on it like it was part of his lifestyle. This ain't new to these kids!
