The family of a 30-year-old Angelo Quinto is filing a wrongful death suit against the Antioch Police Department, claiming officers put a knee on his neck during a mental health crisis. Video of the December incident has gone viral showing officers allegedly kneeling on Quinto's neck on the floor, resulting in Quinto losing consciousness and dying at the hospital 3 days later. Quinto's death reminds the community of George Floyd's death, and why police tactics have not been changed. The video is hard to watch but it's below.
