- What about the folks who say controversy creates cash?
- She's got a point. The beef often becomes the entire narrative and winds up overshadowing the work.
- Nicki might disagree. Would Queen Radio be as big a hit if folks weren't tuning in every time to hear what she was gonna say about Cardi next?
- Cardi's a lot smarter than people give her credit for. There are folks twice her age that still don't know how to thrive on a beef-free diet.
- Azealia Banks should hire Cardi as a life coach. Then again, Banks is #TeamNicki.

Bardi disputes the theory that “all publicity is good publicity,” saying to her, it’s not “because that takes away people paying attention to your craft. It makes people not even care about your craft. They just want to see drama.”
She also says her stripper past empowers her and gives her confidence. “A lot of the women here they taught me to be more powerful… I did gain, like, a passion and love to perform. It made me feel pretty. I’m glad for this chapter in my life. A lot of people always want to make fun of me, like, ‘Oh, you used to be a stripper.’ I don’t ever regret it.” (CBS)
