Much like they've done in recent years, Roc Nation has teamed up with the ACLU of Pennsylvania as its official charity partner for the festival. Additional proceeds will go towards REFORM ALLIANCE, the JAY-Z and Meek Mill launched criminal justice reform organization. Since its beginning in 2012, the festival has generated close to $103 million for the city. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday (April 5).
