Dominick J. Lamb, better known by his stage names Nottz or Nottz Raw, is a highly-esteemedproducer and rapper from Norfolk, Virginia.Nottz has produced for some of the biggest names in the game including Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg, Kanye West, Game, The Notorious B.I.G., Pusha T, Scarface, and J Dilla.

Some of Nottz's earliest production work was on the Rawkus Records compilation Lyricist Lounge, Volume One, in 1998. And after Busta Rhymes came across one of his beat tapes, Nottz landed three tracks on Busta Rhymes' “Extinction level Event.”

Nottz is not only a producer, but is part of the group D.M.P., which stands for "Durte Muzik Prahdukshun.” They released an EP and album in 2004 and 2005 respectively, and another project titled God Made Durt in 2013. In between those releases, Nottz released his first solo album, “You Need This Music,” in 2010.

Nottz is regarded highly by his producer-peers. Hip-Hop icon Dr. Dre likes him so much that he chose Nottz to be one of the few guest producers on his Detox album that unfortunately was never released. In 2014, 9th Wonder announced that Nottz became a part of The Soul Council production team.
