[WATCH] 7.0 Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Alaska

Earlier today, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Anchorage, Alaska. This resulted in a Tsunami warning being issued, but it was subsequently cancelled and it's been reported there is currently no tsunami threat to the coast.

So far it's been reported there have been 15 aftershocks with the largest coming in at 5.0. Ironically, this is not the strongest to hit the area. January this year a 7.9 magnitude earthquake struck the area, but residents say this is the most violent they've ever experienced.
