Two things we need to declare the end of the year (in no particular order), 1) Skillz Year End Rap Up and 2) Obama's favorite's list! Now, we got one of the two today when Obama dropped his favorite books, movies and songs of 2019!
He caught a little backlash with the movies after Ava Duvernay and others noticed When They See Us didn't quite make the cut this year, BUT after doing some research, When They See Us is not actually classified as a movie. Instead, it's listed as a "miniseries." So, that could explain that. Now, onto this music playlist...!!!
Just when I thought my playlist was pretty okay... Summer Walker - has to feel great to be the first artist named as a new artist, Beyonce, Lil Nas X, J. Cole, Snoh Aalegra, Lizzo, DaBaby & so much more that we need to add to our playlists!
Now all we need is Skillz Rap Up and we can welcome 2020 with open arms!
