Trump hasn't even left the office yet and he's already planning his return. Several sources are reporting Trump's intentions to announce his 2024 campaign during President-elect Joe Biden's Inauguration on January 20, 2021. The significance? January 20, 2017 is when he filed for re-election.
During a White House party tonight Trump said, "It's been an amazing four years. We are trying to do another four years. Otherwise, I'll see you in four years."
Although he has yet to concede this current election, he has already began raising funds to support his next. He has reportedly told some of his advisors he plans to announce his next campaign after the Electoral College meets on Dec. 14th.
Of course, he still hasn't given up hope on being re-elected in this current election despite paying for recounts that have garnered Biden even more votes.
