There seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding.
In Jay-Z's new track "Bath Salts" on DMX's "Exodus", there's a line that is currently getting him dragged.
"I’m the King of Zamunda, uh, King of the Summer/ Come be my Kardashian, Queen of the Come Up". You know the Beyhive doesn't play about Beyoncé. It's the "Come be my Kardashian" that set people off.
The whole bar went over a lot of heads. This was definitely NOT a compliment. We all know how Kim Kardashian got her initial start. We also all know how hard Beyoncé works. That's not to discredit Kim K, BUT "Queen of the come up" is a whole diss. I just hope Solange takes it that way because we remember the elevator, right?
