Rapper DaBaby has issued another apology to the LGBTQ+ community after insensitive comments made in July while performing at Rolling Loud.
In his post to Instagram he says, "Social media moves so fast that people want to demolish you before you even have the opportunity to grow, educate, and learn from your mistake." He goes on to issue another, more sincere, apology to the LGBTQ+ community by saying, "I want to apologize to the LGBTQ+ community for the hurtful and triggering comments I made. Again, I apologize for my misinformed comments about HIV/AIDS and I know education on this is important."
Multiple entities have opted to not work with DaBaby in upcoming or ongoing projects. Whether that's what it took or maybe he got some PR, is it too late for this apology?
