I guess we now know how Kanye West felt about DaBaby's remarks during his performance at Rolling Loud because West has removed his collab with DaBaby, "Nah Nah Nah", from listening platforms. Many didn't even know they had a collab, but it was released in 2020 also featuring 2 Chainz. A lot of artists are separating their brand from DaBaby's views even after the second apology he issued: "Social media moves so fast that people want to demolish you before you even have the opportunity to grow, educate, and learn from your mistake." He goes on to issue another, more sincere, apology to the LGBTQ+ community by saying, "I want to apologize to the LGBTQ+ community for the hurtful and triggering comments I made. Again, I apologize for my misinformed comments about HIV/AIDS and I know education on this is important."
Kanye isn't the only one making silent moves though. Fans noticed DaBaby's referenced apology above to the LGBTQ+ community has been removed from his social media account already.
BTW, "Nah Nah Nah" isn't the only track we won't be hearing. Looks like Kanye's album Donda has been pushed back AGAIN. This time it's showing a released date of August 15, 2021. That's a Sunday and a lot different from the typical Friday release dates so we can keep it on repeat all weekend long, but it's also mostly a gospel album so...to be expected...whenever we get it.
