Eric Holder, the man accused of murdering Nipsey Hussle in 2019, has been given a trial date. According to the Los Angeles Criminal Court calendar, Holder's first hearing will be on June 2 and will be held at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center in L.A. Holder was arrested in 2019 after a two-day manhunt. He previously pleaded not guilty to one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of felony possession of a firearm in connection with the Crenshaw rapper’s fatal shooting. If convicted, Holder faces life in prison.
On March 31, 2019, Nipsey Hussle was shot multiple times and killed while standing in the parking lot of his Marathon Clothing Store location in the Crenshaw district of Los Angeles. He was 33 years old.
