Shakira is definitely proving the toxic rumors to be true.
She and her former husband Gerard Pique were known to be one of the most toxic celebrity couples ever. After 12 years of marriage, the couple decided to call it quits in June 2022. So she's currently on a 'healing journey' which, if you're a woman you know, comes with many up and down emotions. Shakira is presently at the anger stage which resulted in her putting up a witch doll on her balcony, facing her former mother-in-law's home, and blasting a diss track aimed at her ex-husband. She is even proud of the diss track as she took to her Instagram and described it as a song for 'women who rise up against those who make us feel insignificant.' This all comes after it was revealed Pique has since moved on and possibly has a new girlfriend, Clara Chia Mart.
Despite the toxicity of it all, Shakira's new diss track titled Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vo. 53 has quickly risen to Spotify's Top 50 Global Chart and has become the Latin song with the most streams in a single day.
