This year's College Beach Weekend at the Oceanfront is said to have been the biggest ever. Unfortunately, 26 arrests and 578 calls for service occurred. By Monday morning, thousands of people had signed a petition calling for an end to College Beach Weekend. https://goo.gl/zpjiQP
