A Hampton woman, Keir Johnson, and her 8-month-old daughter Chloe went missing two weeks ago. An Amber Alert event went out for the young girl. On Mother's Day, police found the car linked to these two in Newport News. They are believed to have been kidnapped. https://goo.gl/DsXDqM
