A woman in Buffalo is suing Canada Dry and its parent company, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, because the claim "made from real ginger" is stated prominently on the can yet it apparently is not made from real ginger. I've bought and drank plenty of this stuff (especially the blackberry flavor), so all I wanna know is how do I get my money back?
